Service

• You need to reserve until 9:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on the phone) of the previous day.
• Even 1 person can use this service.
• Depending on the number of people, the vehicle shall be Taxi, Jumbo taxi or Bus. (You may share the vehicle with other people)
• Because of some aspect like traffic conditions, it might not arrive on time. Please be understanding of this beforehand.

How to pay fare

When you ride on bus please pay the fare.

Cancellation

When you cancel, please contact with Website or Telephone (TEL: +81-185-24-2100)

Cancellation fee

• Free: until 9:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on the phone) of the previous day for using
• 100% usage fee: after 9:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on the phone) of the previous day for using and if you haven\'t utilized shuttle without contact.

Handling of Personal Information

When you reserve, we get your personal information Name, Address and Telephone and so on. We need to give that information to the vehicle operation management company. We will keep your personal information private at each company.
