For visitors taking public transportation

From Akita Sta. to Shinzan shrine(Venue place), it will take around 2 hours by train and the temporary bus. From Oga Sta. and Oga hot spring village to Shinzan shrine(Venue place), we will arrange a temporary bus. If you purchase an one-day unlimited-ride ticket (1,000 yen / Free for 15 and under), you can get on any bus as many times as you like.

From Akita city

Akita Sta. → Oga Sta. → Venue

• Akita Sta. → Oga Sta.
  JR Oga line. One-way: 770 yen. About 55 min.
  1:46 p.m. Dep. → 2:39 p.m. Arr. 3:07 p.m. Dep. → 3:58 p.m. Arr. (only on Sat. & Sun. Reserved seats only.) 3:27 p.m. Dep. → 4:23 p.m. Arr.

• Roadside station Oga( Near the Oga Sta.) → Venue
  Temporary bus / Direct. About 30 min.
  3:15 p.m. Dep. → 3:45 p.m. Arr. 4:15 p.m. Dep. → 4:45 p.m. Arr. 5:15 p.m. Dep. → 5:45 p.m. Arr.

Venue → Oga Sta. → Akita Sta.

• Venue → Roadside station Oga( Near the Oga Sta.)
  Temporary bus / Direct. About 30 min.
  During 7:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., when the bus seats are fully occupied we will depart in keeping with the time of JR Oga line "A".

• Oga Sta. → Akita Sta.
  JR Oga line. One-way: 770 yen. About 55 min.
  A : 9:35 p.m. Dep. → 10:28 p.m. Arr. B : 9:59 p.m. Dep. → 10:49 p.m. Arr. (only on Sat. and Sun. Reserved seats only.) C : 10:44 p.m. Dep. → 11:36 p.m. Arr.

Oga hot spring village → Venue

  Temporary bus / Direct. About 20 min.
  4:40 p.m. Dep. → 5:00 p.m. Arr. 5:30 p.m. Dep. → 5:50 p.m. Arr.

  Temporary bus / Direct. About 20 min.
  During 8:10 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., when the bus seats are fully occupied we will depart.

For visitors travelling by car

When you use a car navigation system, please set "Namahage museum(Kitaura Shinzan district in Oga city)" as the destination.

Free parking lots are available near the festival venue.

You may use the parking lots from 3:00 p.m.

  P3	Next to Torii that is a gateway at the entrance to a Shinto shrine	approx. 30 cars
  P4	Namahage auto camp	approx. 200 cars
  P5	Bettei Tsubaki parking lot place	approx. 150 cars

  From the P4 parking lot place, we will offer free shuttle bus to venue every 20 minutes.
  From the P5 parking lot place, we will offer free shuttle bus to venue every 30 minutes.

• Parking is limited. So please take public transportation if possible.
• We prepare the parking lots closest to the venue for the people who are crippled or otherwise physically handicapped. For those who would like to use this parking lot, please call us and make a reservation at the Festival Executive Committee. Phone +81-185-24-9220
