Oga shottsuru yakisoba uses powdered seaweed, noodles infused with kelp broth, shottsuru-based salt and a soy sauce-flavored topping sauce. Everything else is made based on an in-house original recipe. We recommend comparing the different flavors of yakisoba from many different shops and finding a personal favorite.
