Oga Hatahata Bowl

A collaboration of sandfish (hatahata) and gyoshō shottsuru, two of Oga’s most famous cuisines, birthed the “Oga Hatahata Don” (Oga Sandfish/Hatahata Rice Bowl”). Each shop has its own unique rice bowl, which can all be experienced with this lunch menu. The Oga Hatahata Don was created with the hope that many more people will be able to enjoy the beloved winter cuisine, hatahata, in a more accessible and easier way. Please experience the many different and unique variations of the Hatahata Don while taking in all the sights and spectacles of the Oga Peninsula.
