Koujyaku-no-Iwaya

The cave is said to have been used as a hideout by pirates due to the intricate terrain and the cliffs surrounding it.
It is a course for sightseeing boats.
This place is related to the legend of the "Akagami" of the Akagami Shrine Goshado.
- A long time ago, a majestic and dependable god called "Black God" lived in Ryutobi, Tsugaru, in Mutsu Province, and a kind and gentle god called "Red God" lived in Oga, Ugo Province. And at Lake Towada on the border between the two countries, there lived a very beautiful goddess. Before long, the Red God and the Black God became a love feud over a goddess. A hard fought battle ensues but it's not going to be decided. At this time, the eight million gods had gathered at Mount Iwaki in Tsugaru to see where the game would go. Those holding the Black God's shoulder leaned to the right and those favoring the Red God leaned to the left, with more favoring the Black God. The reason why the right shoulder of Mt. Iwaki is low is because it was trampled by a large number of gods at this time. With the sudden death of the Red God's warlord, the situation suddenly tilted to the Black God's side. Cornered, the Red God hides in a hole called Kuuujaku. Proud of his victory, Kurogane rushed to Towada Lake, but he couldn't see the goddess. Actually, the goddess was hiding in the empty cave with the Red God. The sigh of the black god when he found out about it caused Ezo (Hokkaido) to leave Tsugaru (Aomori) - even now, the rocks in Tsugaru are majestic and black in the direction of Ryobi, while those in Oga are mostly reddish and mildly shaped by comparison.
In this story, the Cave of Empty Space remains as the Cave of the Peacock.
Also, there is a legend that a demon lives in this cave, so when a ship is let in, it hits the port and there is a stone door in the deepest part of the cave.
I think you will be even more impressed by the charm when you see this strange place as a legendary stage.
